Scholarships
Scholarships for HNELHD JMOs
Some internal coaching work is conducted in non-clinical time provided by my organisation:
- Non clinical time is a precious resource, so access to scholarship coaching is subject to capacity
- 1 On Demand session may be available to HNELHD JMOs free of charge
- Scholarship clients will be awarded a 50% reduction on discounted Spring Board and All Rounder program fees
Scholarships for HNELHD Anaesthetic trainees and specialists
Some internal coaching work is conducted in non-clinical time provided by my organisation:
- Non clinical time is a precious resource, so access to scholarship coaching is subject to capacity
- Current HNE Anaesthetic Registrars and Fellows will be given priority and can access both On Demand and Spring Board coaching programs free of charge
- Current HNE Anaesthetic Staff Specialists and VMOs can access 2 On Demand sessions per annum free of charge
Pro Bono
Some free coaching work is provided for doctors who cannot otherwise afford to access coaching. This is entirely subject to capacity and solely at Sancha’s discretion. Please get in touch to see if you qualify.
Additional Costs for On Demand clients
Room fee
When a private meeting room is required at Dashworks Workspace Charlestown, Common On West Umina Beach. Usual cost around $40/hr
Assessments
When a DISC, Learning Styles or Gallup strengths assessment is completed for On Demand coaching
